- We accept returns for most standard books (unused, in original condition) within 30 calendar days of delivery. This aligns with Google’s standard return-window minimum.

- Returns are accepted for buyer’s remorse, wrong item shipped, or defective item.
- Returns are not accepted for: digital products (e-books), items explicitly marked non-returnable at time of sale, or items damaged by customer after delivery.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, email support@booksydepot.com with order number, reason for return, and requested remedy (refund/exchange).
- We will review within 48 business hours and if approved, send you the return instructions (and prepaid label if we determine shipping error).
- The item must be packaged securely and shipped back within 7 calendar days of approval.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, though your bank/card issuer may take additional time to process.
- If the return is for defective/wrong item, we cover the return shipping. If return is for buyer’s remorse, customer may bear return shipping cost.
- Shipping charges initially paid are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side (wrong item/shipment).
4. Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees
- If an item is opened, damaged, or missing components, we may deduct a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price (or equivalent) from the refund amount.
- Items returned outside the 30-day window or in unacceptable condition may be refused or incur higher restocking fees.
5. No-Show/Non-Delivery

6. Return Policy-Feed & GMC Compliance
- We will configure this same policy in Google Merchant Center under Shipping & returns → Return policies for each country/region we ship to. FeedArmy , Ltd.+1
- For any product with different return terms (e.g., limited edition, non-returnable), we will use the [return_policy_label] attribute in the feed to apply an exception.
- The policy will be clearly accessible on our website footer under “Returns & Refunds” without requiring login or account creation. google.com+1
