1. Processing / Order Cut-Off
- Orders placed & payment confirmed will be processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Orders placed after our daily cut-off (e.g., 3:00 PM IST) or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- We partner with reliable third-party logistics (3PL) globally.
2. Delivery Time Estimates
We offer international delivery. Estimated transit times from dispatch:

3. Shipping Costs & Methods
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and selected service level.
- Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified threshold (e.g., USD $100 or equivalent).
- We provide tracking information via email once the package is dispatched.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders: any import duties, taxes or customs fees are not included in our listed prices or shipping charges. These remain the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the destination country if applicable.
5. Tracking & Support
Once your package ships, you will receive an email with the tracking link and carrier. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email support@booksydepot.com (include your order number) within 15 calendar days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
6. Address Accuracy & Responsibility
Please provide complete and accurate shipping information. We cannot be held liable for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.
